This attendance/change in dismissal form is to be submitted by the parent/legal guardian only. Parents/legal guardians may also submit an absence using one of these other two methods.

Please leave a specific message about why your student is not attending today. Be sure to include symptoms if they are ill, especially if they have fever, nausea, vomiting, sore throat and/or cough. If your child has a diagnosis from a health care provider, please include that information.

For Changes in Dismissal

The parent/legal guardian can complete this form to request a change in the dismissal routine. All online requests should be made by 2:00 p.m. For any changes or emergencies after 2:00 p.m., please contact the office at 703-227-3500.

Form response will be forwarded to the classroom teacher indicated. If you have multiple Lees Corner ES students for whom this change applies, you must complete this form for each child.
When a student is going home with another student, it is expected that parents have coordinated plans beforehand. Each family must submit the online form by 2:00 p.m.
